Welcome to Waplo. We are a SaaS platform offering secure and reliable WhatsApp Business API services and communication solutions for businesses. This Service Policy outlines how our services are activated, delivered, managed, and cancelled. By using our platform, you agree to the terms mentioned below.
1. Service Activation
- Account Setup: Once you sign up and complete your payment, your Waplo account is created instantly, and access to your dashboard is granted.
- WhatsApp API Onboarding: Activation of WhatsApp Business API depends on Meta’s business verification process. Our team assists you throughout this process. Onboarding typically takes 1–5 business days, depending on Meta and BSP approvals.
- Configuration & Access: After successful verification, your WhatsApp number is configured, and messaging services become active on your dashboard.
2. Service Delivery
All Waplo services are delivered digitally. There is no physical shipping or product delivery. Access to services is provided online through our secure platform. You will receive status updates via email and dashboard notifications during onboarding and setup.
- Instant Digital Access: Most services are available immediately after account setup and payment.
- Onboarding Notifications: You’ll be notified at each step of the WhatsApp API onboarding process.
- Third-Party Delays: Delays caused by Meta verification or BSP approvals are beyond our control, but we keep you informed throughout the process.
3. Service Cancellation
- Flexible Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription or services at any time through your Waplo dashboard or by contacting our support team at support@waplo.in.
- Billing Cycle: Services remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. No further charges will apply after cancellation.
- Immediate Termination: You may request immediate deactivation of your account, but this does not qualify for any refunds for the remaining period.
4. Refund Policy
- No Refunds: As Waplo provides digital SaaS services that are activated immediately, we do not offer refunds for any payments already made (monthly, yearly, or prepaid credits).
- Exceptions: Refunds are only considered in cases of duplicate payments, technical billing errors, or special circumstances approved by our billing team.
- Processing Time: If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
5. Plan Changes & Downgrades
- You can upgrade, downgrade, or switch plans anytime from your dashboard. Changes take effect from the next billing cycle.
- No partial refunds or credits are provided for mid-cycle downgrades.
