Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Waplo, we provide digital services and solutions for WhatsApp Business API. As our services are delivered online and activated instantly after onboarding, we follow a clear no-refund policy while still allowing users to manage their subscriptions and cancel when required.

Service Cancellation

  1. Account Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription or services any time from your Waplo dashboard or by contacting our support team at support@waplo.in.
  2. Effect of Cancellation: Once cancelled, your services will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No further charges will be applied.
  3. Immediate Termination: If required, you can request immediate account deactivation, but please note that this does not qualify for any refunds for the remaining billing period.

Refund Policy

  1. No Refunds: Since our services are digital and activated immediately, we do not offer refunds for any payments already made, including monthly, yearly, or prepaid credits.
  2. Exceptions: Refunds may only be considered in cases of duplicate payments, technical errors during checkout, or other exceptional circumstances approved by our billing team.
  3. Refund Processing: If approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Plan Downgrades & Changes

  1. You can upgrade, downgrade, or change your subscription plan at any time from your dashboard. Changes will apply from the next billing cycle.
  2. No partial refunds or credits are provided for downgrades made during an active billing period.
